I really like LyE!!!! I read the whole thing in just a few days! It was awsome, the idea was so original. My friend (who is reading over my shoulder) said that elves were peaceful people, but I really enjoyed the change of scenerey! Cirion ROX!!!!!!!! He is so cool! I actually didn’t know much about him until I was about half-way though with writing; I just couldn’t decide whether he should be a "good guy" or a liar ;P Glad he turned out fine though! Hey it’s me again, i have a boring day of school, it’s a block day so i have an hour 1/2 of study hall with five minutes of spanish homework. Any way... how do write these books???? i try but i’m never able to finish them. How do you stay focused?????? (P.S. i’m a pretty bad typer and speller, sorry!!!)

Désirée Ruth Dippenaar replies: "Hm, well, actually I’m not all that focused I have a whole big drawer full of unfinished stories at home! I think the key to finishing something is to just stick to it, write whenever there is time to, and become so obsessed with the story that something else won’t distract you Hahaha~ At least that’s my way of doing it... in a sense... I’ve become really lazy lately, not to mention too much bullied by school. But I think sticking to one story at a time is the best thing.

I’ve been up to nothing exactly (I guess I have semi-permanent writer’s block), though I’m trying to get some short stories done... just writing too much at the same time, which hinders everything. School is tiring; I have all kinds of essays to start writing and it’s hard to get the books for them because I’m in the middle of a Chinese-only country lol Ah well...

Ah, sounds much like me! My muses are stewing and they won’t settle on a story to work on! Darn multiple stories! Though I’m thinking that I want to try and finish up the rest of Roisin this week so at least I can have something other than my short short stories finished on my page. But who knows how well that will go ... although I did figure out how I was going to end it! Yay!

I still have to catch up on my comment prizes (cringe) I have no idea how old the oldest one is! Eeep!

Ouchie ... it must be hard studying in a country with a different language! I couldn’t do it.

I’ve been pretty good ... still recovering from my 13 final madness .... that was crazy and I wish I never had to do it again but that time will come all too soon in September! I’m going to try and enjoy my summer and freedom as much as possible! ^_^

I’m hoping that I’ll be able to get at least close to finishing one of my novels this summer though from the way things are going right now it doesn’t look like it ... but I’m determined to keep trying! (must try and get my butt off of the computer and write!) haha. It’s so addicting being able to talk to everyone again on elfwood! I’ve missed you all so much! At first when I came back I didn’t feel like writing at all, even looking at my notebooks for each of my novels didn’t help, just couldn’t settle back into the swing of things. But wandering around elfwood reading and looking at artwork and also talking to you and my other friends has lit the fire again.
