I'm browsing through Elfwood quite a while and almost never leave a comment, don't know why (definitely not lack of time, but well i'm just not in mood)... But I need to say something here. I just love your Art. And it's definitely art... some people here seem to forget that art is not only shading and proportions but also creativity. Well that's it... Please i'd love to see more!

I love these...they made me laugh!!! (not in the bad way! in the "made my day" way!!!) don't bother with those mean anonymous people...I shall hunt them down, my elf thieves and I!!!! *sneaks off with bow*
anyway I think that these are more than "stick people", I mean, they have heads, hair, expressions, clothes...I think it's the feelings, especially, that really shows the art. Like the wizard's "oh brother..." look and the picture one with the girl the elf loves.
i like 'em. good job!!!

I think these pictures are perfect for children. They have a simplicity which is strangely appealing and wonderfully expressive. They remind me of my younger siblings (in a good way) and really made me smile. Children don't ask for amazingly detailed and perfectly proportioned pictures. They want something that tells a story, with feeling. (Look at Quentin Blake's illustrations. Delightfully scruffy and eccentric; I don't think Roald Dahl's books would be the same without them). Judging by your pictures, I think you are well-suited for working with children and I wish you all the best.
