Photoneil jary wanderer along lifes road. having followed his life this far, he tends to think he may as well carry on and enjoy the path of life for what it is. He searches for nothing more than a warm place to rest, good company to share the road with and someone to keep him warm at night in body and soul. pretty much like most wolves!

Could it be? Seems like it. Almost a year since I visited. Man, Time goes faster than I can immagine. Nice to see the new pics. They are verry good.

Wat pograme do u use to creat such freaking end mind blowin effects.Ure art izz freakin great

7 Neil jary replies: "oh god...teen funky web spelling attack....erm...ok i use...Poser 7, Photoshop 7..occasionally Bryce,Terragen and Vue...for modelling in 3d i use Zbrush or Rhino......the basic technique is to produce a figire render in Poser..then take that render into photoshop and "postwork" it...ie add all the special effects...."

Your artwork is very unique. May i ask how much time you spend designing such fine pieces of artwork? Is it your profession?

7 Neil jary replies: "of course you can.....i probably take a good 2 hours setting everything up to render in a 3d application....from there its about 2 hours work to finish a piece in photoshop....and nope...im an IT technician by proffesion..artist purely for pleasure"

Considering that I've only been on Elfwood for a bit more than 3 years, and I'm not a really active member, I don't think I could be considered a real oldbie.

So is this your pofession at fakenham college to draw these pieces, or are you some kind of ict technician cus i imagine u must be very good at ict

45 Neil jary replies: "by profession im Head ICT Technician at the high school and college...so yeah i know far too much about computers and how to fix them! LOL...by training (education) im a graphic designer/illustrator...though never quite good enough to break into the field professionally...so all the artwork i produce is really nothing more than a hobby"
