SciFi and Fantasy Art: Niyo, again

Hey its Niyo! I've redone him a bit, but not much has changed.

He has Magnetic abilities. His creature form is somewhere between an iguana and a wingless dragon. He loves to fly through modern, metal made cities using his magnetic powers. He also has metal abilities and abilities that deal with the moon, sun, and stars of his planet. He is actually of East Asian descent... or at least the place that corresponds with that area on his planet. He is now slightly sadistic and very unbalanced.
