SciFi and Fantasy Art: Shamir

This is an illustration of my roleplay character Shamir XengZu. He is the crown prince of the kingdom Pandivra, forced to stay in the sacred shape of a dragon to hinder the spread of a curse in his body. The dragon is of the chinese type, a so called Lung. They have no relation to fire, but are rather of the air och water element. Despite their size, they can easily fly though the air like an eel in water. Shamir is a brilliant white dragon with azure blue eyes and light blue mane. (The chinese character on the picture simply says 'dragon'.) Cant see anything on this thats not haku, but its a very beautiful picture Emma JC Nilsson replies: "Haku-ryû was the inspiration for this one, but for example, Haku har horns, not fins, he had bird-legs and a much longer body. But I know it still looks like him. Just as it looks like all japanese dragons. =) It's just that Haku-ryû is the famous one."
