SciFi and Fantasy Art: Kyûbi attack!

Here is another kyûbi (nine-tailed fox), more cartoon-like and certainly more fericious than my previous one. Be glad you were not the one to enrage this lovely fox. =) Neither Ninetales nor the fox demon in Naruto was models for this one, I drew it entirely out of my own head, based on japanese folklore. (The japanese writing on the picture reads 'Akaihane' and translates into Redfeather, my online nickname.)

WOW! I wouldn't want to be the one being attacked! No way!

:-) Emma JC Nilsson replies: "No you wouldn't. Probably more than you know... =)"

Cute but ferocious at the same time! Woo! I love the fokelore about these pretty little things =)

:-) Emma JC Nilsson replies: "Maybe it's you he's attacking for calling him 'cute'. =) I like the ninetails as well. Obviously."

Aww It's so cute! And I'll probably still be saying that when its chewing on my arm.... -_-

:-) Emma JC Nilsson replies: "You can have him (when he's done with my arm). His not very well-behaved and he ignores my commands. =/"

Being attacked by a kyubi would truly be something to fear(i know more than you think) a kyubi's vengence is great, and its power greater.

:-) Emma JC Nilsson replies: "Yes, I've also heard about the kyûbi's vengence. They are not quick to forgive one who has wronged them, are they? =) Thank you for your comment!"

*pets the kyuubi* yeah i call and write always kyuubi, read the subtitle's(?) Uuuhm i gues it's a bad idia to pet him/her. I hope my pet wolf and bat wont mind.

:-) Emma JC Nilsson replies: "You can spell it kyuubi or kyûbi, either way. Depends on your schooling... I guess "kyuubi" is a bit more correct and japanse-looking, but I got schooled to spell the long "u" as "û" and I kinda like the look of it. ^.^,"

Run for your lives!!!!!!!!!! I told you they were plotting our downfall!!!!!!!!!! lol ^^ anyway really good kyubi! its definitely living up to the viscous part....

:-) Emma JC Nilsson replies: "I think I should re-draw this pic as a more realistic one..."

It really annoys me, the fact that most of my friends believe that kyuubis are exclusive to Naruto and Pokemon, when they're a part of Japanese mythology. One of my characters for my manga is a kyuubi, and my friend was like "You can't include the demon fox in your story!" >_<
Aside from my pointless ranting, this is a great picture. As are all your others. Next to you, I am like a one-tail compared to a nine-tails. Obviously with me being the one-tail. *hangs head*
Okay, I'm done =3

:-) Emma JC Nilsson replies: "Let's enlighten the ignorant people! =) Btw, your art is really good, you go! Nice name too. ("Moon shadow). Me like."
