SciFi and Fantasy Art: Nemlag

One of my invented creatures - the feared nemlag. The nemlag is roughly the size of a lynx, but silvery gray with blank eyes, like polished steel. They have no real sense of vision, but uses their tentacles to 'scan' their surroundings, getting a spritial picture of the landscape and creatures around them. Nemlags are wicked critters that uses their powerful mental skills to hypnotize and confuse their enemies or pray. Often they play with the minds of people they meet for no real reason, creating illusions or dreamscapes to get them lost and insane. However, if one manages to defeat a nemlag mentally, it will become the most loyal and obedient pet imaginable, eevn though it will still be hostile towards everyone else. (The japanese writing on the picture says 'Akaihane' meaning Redfeather - my online nickname.)
