SciFi and Fantasy Art: Jim Nightshade

My view of one of the characters from Ray Bradbury's novel 'Something Wicked This Way Comes' great and twisted book. The carousel behind him is an evil magic one. It Makes people older or younger dependingon which way it spinns. Red the book. You'll understand. Done entirely in Photoshop

*first comment sashay...YAY!*

NO comments!? The sketchiness of the carousel in the background is really neat, and that the horse is SO dark and everything around it is SO bright, it gives that sense of creepiness that stuff like Ray Bradbury's has.

I've never read the book you mention, but I'm familiar with the story style from seeing things like RB and "The Twighlight Zone" on TV...the OLD ones, which are really the best, of course.

I love Ray Bradbury's writing and "Something Wicked this way Comes" is one of my two favorites (ok, sometimes I'm convinced it even tops "Fahrenheit 451"). Everybody should read it! And it should be published with your picture as a cover.
