SciFi and Fantasy Art: Peach-Faced Lovebird Pegasus

The Lovebird Pegasus is very compassionate, sweet, loving, and a bit manipulative. She loves to play and tends to flirt alot (or act flirty... can a horse flirt?) Don't let her fool you, though. She'll often use her manipulation to trick you into giving her a tasty treat.

Lovebirds get their name from the fact that they only have one mate in their lifetime, and they live with that mate their whole lives. Even when they are with a flock of lovebirds, mates stick with each other and rarely seperate. In fact, they are known for their affectionate gestures toward each other, like a human couple... [sorry to go on the whole fact file thing... I just found that a bit interesting...] I actually attempted putting in muscles for the wings. I kinda like how she looks. (Colored pencil. 2006.)

Unless it was intentional or not enough room on the paper (i can totally sympathize! Lol) other than that the picture is amazing wonderful coloring!
