SciFi and Fantasy Art: 'Cosmomagical City'

This is more concept art for the story my friend and I are working on. He dubbed this "Cosmomagical City". This is the part of the story where the two main characters are watching the destruction of an important city during the war around which the story is based. They are on a journey to find a magic which will help stop the war. The boy is a warrior who abandons his wartime philosophy to help restore peace, because of the girl he loves.

I think the city in this is awesome. I like the way that it is quite pale and mysterious and it looks good with a lot of the picture as white.
