| 19 Jul 2006 | Kristen M. Richardson | very cool, and sounds a slight bit like my own imaginations... I also get my inspiration from music, and that i have mucho of. Really like the green theme of this picture. It makes it all the more... creepy. Elina Vähä-Mäkilä replies: "Thanks for your comment. Green is creepy colour in my opinion and I like to use in this kind of pictures. And because the song was guite creepy I find it green. " | |
| 9 Aug 2006 | Rikard Molander | You do wonderful things with light in many of your pictures, and this is certainly one of them. Keep it up! I love the... green-ness, and you're right. Green can be creepy. | |
| 15 Oct 2006 | Jasmin Islam | Yes, the green lighting is wonderfully eerie. I love the design of the creature too, with the way you've structure it with bones and armour plating. I'd hate to be around when they wake up ... Elina Vähä-Mäkilä replies: "Hey, maybe they just look evil, but have a kind heard inside their chests..." | |
| 31 Oct 2006 | Veronika 'Lawenta' Prokesova | Great idea. The result reminds me somewhat of Matrix (I doubt I'm the only one), the creatures seem to me like something between dragons and Aliens ;-) The picture has a wonderful feeling; one can almost feel oneself hovering in the strange liquid, surrounded by these beings and dim green light, and listening to quiet, monotone buzzing of the machines sustaining sleeping "dragons"... I guess I don't have to emphasize other drawing/painting skills revealed by this picture. Elina Vähä-Mäkilä replies: "Wow, it sounds that you really reached the atmosphere I tried put on this picture! Thanks for your comment." | |
