| 17 Mar 2008 | Christine DiPirro | Emily - I can’t wait to meet you. You share my love of art (though you are much better than I was at your age). This is absolutely gorgeous!!! Have you ever tried etching in black granite? Emily Poirier replies: "No, that sounds way to hard. I prefer the easy things. =^.^=Thank you." | |
| 9 Apr 2008 | Jake "Phoenix" Beasley | :-O. This is so sweet as to be ridiculous Emily Poirier replies: "Thankee!" | |
| 22 Apr 2008 | Auntie SMIM | Em,
This one is great. You really captured the feeling of movement in her dress. You can almost feel the air move if you focus on her skirt. The sharp lines of her wings help to make the softness of her clothes more pronounced. Good job!
Auntie SMIM Emily Poirier replies: "Thankee! I don’t like the shading. I think that it stinks." | |
| 30 Apr 2008 | Auntie Smim | The shading doesn’t stink! You’re being too critical. Emily Poirier replies: "It does and you know it! I’ll slap you in the face with my bra again! (p.s. I’m wearing it now! ^_______^)" | |
| 13 May 2008 | M. Nelson | The shading is great, especially on the folds of the dress. Some of your drawings are kinda stiff but this one flows nicely. And good detail on the wings. | |
