SciFi and Fantasy Art: Mother...

This is a random lady that was originally supposed to be green-based, but she turned out purple...  I guess her mother is bestowing her old staff to her daughter?  I really have no idea...

Ummmmmmmm, I was in the mood for drawing people in this angle and so there she came.  I hate the way the the dress flows and/or doesn't.  Ugh yucky.
