SciFi and Fantasy Art: There's a light that never goes out

Levin and Katze.

That's my young fairy-boy Levin. Just like my conception of angels, a fairy is a bit different from others in my story universe. Levin is a bit shorter than the average human, has got unobtrusive pointy ears and ... well, dragonfly wings, but he's not wearing them at the moment.
The dragon he's cuddling is very young and therefore not as well proportioned as his adult conspecifics. Levin has a marked preference for most non-human creatures and critters, he's actually living with a whole bunch of them. Some of them - like the jackdaws, for example - occupied the tower which has been his asylum long before he moved in. Some other creatures are merely visitors, and of course there's Katze, the dragon. ("Katze" is German and means "cat" ... don't ask.)

A few hours, with watercolour. (Is there really no term in English to distinguish between aquarell and watercolours?)

By the way, the title is taken from a song by The Smiths. I thought The Smiths would fit quite well to the atmosphere of being "together alone" I went for, though I am not the one to decide how successful I was.
