SciFi and Fantasy Art: Singer's Silence

Lito. Not an elf, but a dragon singer. His voice causes magic. He's a singer, but when he sings, he destroys. So he's calm and when he speaks, he does so in order to cause magic - or he whispers, for voiceless sounds are harmless. He resists his own magic fire, but not much else does. Lito is not only able to make fire spells, it depends on what he says or sings, volume, melody and so on. There is a special song that summons the dragon which is interwoven with his soul. His voice is soft and dark, but who would ever hear it (and lives long enough to remember)? Well, at least Arcariel does, until a certain point. His magic barrier is not strong enough to defend himself against Litos screams and most of his songs, but he can handle it when Lito wants to talk slowly and carefully.
