| 26 Aug 2008 | Magdalena 'Sha' Zagórna | I see you’ve got more practice in doing photomanips I like how you using simple techniques gets very interesting effects. And I like this simple colours and that you’re not afraid to draw both - men and women. And you’re good at both. And really good at proportions. Oh! And I like your sens of humor Per Johansson replies: "Thank You, Magdalena! I am very glad to read Your nice comments. Well, I don’t have so sophisticated computer-programmes, so I have to take what I have. It can be quite time-consuming to make composites and photo-manipulations, but it’s fun!
As for my drawings, I’ firmly belive that no being in the Universe, not even Homo Sapiens Sapiens, have any reson, whatsoever, to be ashamed of any part of their bodies. Thanks again! "
| 31 Aug 2008 | Amrita K. Kareer | Hi, Per! I’m from North Europe myself Norway, more specifically.. just browsed through some of your pieces.. must say you have a great style in drawing Very special and very illustrative and simple, yet they show how well you portray proportions and expressions! Love it!! Keep it up ^_^ Per Johansson replies: "Thank You, very much. Amrita! I’m very glad You like my drawings. I try to put some action in my pictures, rather than just draw posing figures. By the way, I live in Sweden." | |
| 9 Sep 2008 | Rachel Kelly Tipaldi | I thoroughly enjoyed all of your work. The emotion/expressions and movement is beautifully done. And your space stuff is impressive as well. ^.^ Very cool work. I’m glad I stopped by. You’ve got a wonderful sense of humor and your work portrays that. Good job. Per Johansson replies: "Thank You, so much, Rachel! You are, I think, the person who has written more comments to my gallery, than any other one. I visited Your site, but couldn’t find any art yet. I hope something will turn up soon!" | |
| 25 Sep 2008 | Vineet Aggarwal | Hi Per u hv a nice gallery here.. a real interesting style combined wid a lot of imagination... good work Per Johansson replies: "Thank You for Yor nice comments, Vineet! Well, I like to draw the human (or almost human) forms, and also find it fun to make "special effects photos" including models or drawings." | |
| 29 Sep 2008 | Tamar R. Beecher | It was a search that brought me to you wonderful gallery. I find your characters dynamic and beautiful! Very creative indeed. I shall enjoy keeping an eye for new art. Per Johansson replies: "Thanks for that, Tamara! That really makes me very happy! I upload new material from time to time, when I have had some new idea, and the time to execute it." | |
| 29 Sep 2008 | Peter Malone | Okay forgive me for being a little cynical, yet your "Mermaids" in some of your underwater pictures, don’t look like what I’d consider true mermaids (or atleast any undersea humanoid species). First off they don’t have gills for breathing underwater, secondly they don’t have tails (which is one of the main characteristics of most fantasy mermaids), nor do they have fish like skin. So while they are cartoon like females they don’t really look like mermaids. Per Johansson replies: "No problem, "Peter Malone"! Thanks for commenting! Well, in my opinion the mermaids shouldn’t have fishtails or fishlike skin, since they most clearly are mammals... Gills, perhaps, I’ll try to consider that when I draw my next mermaids. Also, it’s more interesting to draw the human form, than fish, in different positions..." | |

| 12 Oct 2008 | Zaorish | Hi Per, for some reason your gallery here reminds me very strongly of Frederik Andersson’s elfwood gallery...I wonder why? Maybe, because you are both Swedish!
Per Johansson replies: "Hi "Zaorish". Intersting. I can’t remember that I have seen Frederik Anderssons gallery. I’ll try to look for it, it would be very interesting to see."
| 12 Oct 2008 | Svenja Vox | I just had an idea, you should take a picture of yourself in the forest or something, then spiff it up, and put some wings on you, and put all your faery drawings all around you, like you are the ’Head Faery’ and they all are your subjects?! | |
