A starship orbiting an alien, earth-like planet.

The starship is built of a table-tennis ball, cardboard, plastic and masking-tape. The background is computer-generated.

I think this picture of the ship is better. The black doesn’t fade to gray in this one.

:-) Per Johansson replies: "Thanks for the comment, John. Well, the shadows are sharp (real sunshine and a black background when I phographed it), but there should have been a little blue light reflected from the planet, I think."

The planets look a little too false unfortunately. The ship is great though, very 2001.

:-) Per Johansson replies: "Thanks, Dave! Yes, I’m aware that the planets are not very realistically looking, but it was the best I could do with the computer-programme I had. And yes, the ship was a bit inspired by "2001", one of my favourit movies."
