SciFi and Fantasy Art: Ice maiden

I mostly wanted to try drawing those darn uniform dresses. It got cut off a bit on the left because I can never draw center. The hand is also a little messed up. Oh well.

I think that this picture could use some improvement. Her body seems bent in a strange way. But don't be so hard on yourself! The eyes, hair, and wings are great! Keep up the good work!
