SciFi and Fantasy Art: Free to Fly

Usually I'm not the most patriotic person on the face of the Earth, but when I heard that there were art supplies involved, I had to do something for the "Red, White, and You" contest at my school, thus appeared the patriotic faerie, lol. I'm actually very satisfied with it, It's my second acrylic painting to have actually been finished without me trying to rip it up at some point or another. AND! as of tonight, 11/03/05, It won first prize in the high school art division, and was the overall winning piece of the entire contest! The prize wasnt the greatest in the world, but it was nice to have the honor of being appreciated. And as with all my pieces, I must thank and dedicate this to my fiance`e, and my inspiration, Jennifer. Without her I would be nothing. I love you, my princess :) Acrylics on 16"x20" Canvas.
