| 29 Oct 2007 | John R Farley Jr | This looks like it tooks a lot of time. Did you have to cut out each peice for the featherlike structures? The paper mache’ gives it a nice organic feel, as if the ship was grown instead of built. Kimberly A. Taylor replies: "This model certainly did take some time, though it wasn’t to hard to build. The hardest part was mounting the wings on pivots so that they move, however i can’t take the credit for the wings, i did cheat a little with them-i actually used the wings from an old wooden phoenix model. | 7 Jan 2008 | Joelle Duran | Those wings are so neat, and I can imagine how it would be highly maneouverable. Great concept! | |
| 1 Feb 2008 | John R Farley | Hey, "cheating" is the way to go. Ha ha! With me, model car parts take on other functions for spaceships. | |
| 7 Mar 2008 | Dave Cripps | Cool like a cross between the dark ships in B5 and Hawks’ ship in Buck Rogers. Kimberly A. Taylor replies: "i’ll have to check that out to see what you mean. it’s surprising, though i’m a fan of space sci-fi, Babylon 5 was the one series i never watched-i’ve seen the odd episode, it’s a pity, there was some awesome ship designs in that series." | |
