| 6 Feb 2008 | Michael John Morris | That’s pretty cool. The stars look like they’re done with spots of bleach on water-based ink. A great effect! One thing to watch hough (if that’s the technique used), is that the bleach spots usually continue to spread over the years, expanding very slowly.  Katie L. Mayo replies: "Hey thanks!
