SciFi and Fantasy Art: Atlanta

When I was a child, my great grandmother bought me a book about Atlanta and the Race for the Golden Apples. The story was good but secondary to the art. I forget their names right now, but they really influenced me to create interesting looking art. She is my version of that.

My mom says that the background looks like Atlantis. March 2008.

She is so beautiful, and so is the colours and the background. And I want her dress...
It is really wonderfully done, keep it up ^_^

Oh my god. HOW does this not have mods choice?! This is so gorgeous, I love the way her hair and her belt match. The colors really go well together. Love the flowiness of it.

62 Sarah J Hartzell replies: "How sweet you are! I only wish I could get a mod’s choice....*sigh*"

Beautiful work. I just love the background.

62 Sarah J Hartzell replies: "Thank you! It’s probably my favorite background at the moment!"

Very nice. I like the background and her face particularly. This is watercolour? You seem well on your way to becoming a skilled painter

62 Sarah J Hartzell replies: "Wow, what a compliment! Thank you!"
24 Mar 2008:-) Désirée Ruth Dippenaar
Wow, beautiful colours! I like the contrast of the blue-green colour of the background to her red hair and the pattern on her dress... really nice!

62 Sarah J Hartzell replies: "Thanks! But, her hair is blonde. That stupid scanner!"

Hehe, true - scanners are evil!!!

62 Sarah J Hartzell replies: "Yes they are. I command the demons of stupidity to come out!"
