| 24 Jul 2007 | K. “Karahatay“ Fink | This is so cool. I can't believe no one else has commented on it yet! *first comment dance* Shelz Keast replies: "Yay, gald you think it's cool and gald you commented. The scanner ruined the fine detail." | |

| 26 Oct 2007 | Eva W. Houten | This looks really cool! Do you want to give me some tips at my gallery? Oh and I ad a question: how can I join fanquarter? Shelz Keast replies: "Thanks! I will visit your gallery, I always visit the gallery's of those who comment. You used to be able to join FanQuarter via the utilities page in the extranet. I'll take it that you didn't bother to read the FAQ, this is what it says to do now (simple copy and paste)Q:How do I join another area, like, I want to publish stories too but I only publish pictures now ... A: Unfortunately, Elfwood was designed ages ago to have a very tight connectivity between content type (image, story, etc) and the user profile name. In practice, this means that you need to sign up for a second user profile at Elfwood. Follow the normal procedures to do this, then make sure to upgrade your account and join the new content type area you want. Hint: Under the 'Personal Settings' you can then manually link the user name of your previous user profile to the new one, making these little navigation tabs appear on your page to easily take the users to your other profiles. (Once, we used to have a function at the Extranet to make a secondary account - this function is not active any more...) Mind you, it's a bit hard to understand." | |

| 9 May 2008 | Bruce lee | Sorry but this is not art, nor beautiful, nor cool , nor fanatstic. It’s uuugglyyyy. Shelz Keast replies: "I wonder what you consider good art then.
But this is art, bear in mind that it is extremly hard to define what art is now. People have taken urinals or canned their own feacal matter and called them art. I take art (2D art atleast) to be any line or pigmentation that is intentionally placed by an artist and has some symbolic meaning imbeded (whether or not other people get the meaning is often irrelavent). For 3D art it’s the same but with objects and other 3D materials. This picture is lines drawn with intent and it does have a symbolic meaning (it represents two of my characters as well as the concept of ying/yang)" | |
