This is a drawing I did for the recent Elfwood decoration contest. However, I sent a coloured version of this picture to Thomas. It was inspired by a cool commercial poster hanging around in Frankfurt, Germany lately: It shows a delicate butterfly on the falconer's glove. I was fascinated by that idea from the very first sight ...

Nice work on the delicate fairy wings. Esther S. Brendel (Maiden name: Esther S. Wetzel) replies: "Thank you very much. I have never looked at the picture this way. The composition was mostly given by the design of the Elfwood page, since I drew the picture for the Elfwood decoration contest. That is why most of the design is placed in the upper part."
