SciFi and Fantasy Art: Pufferfish

i just loooooove blowfishes, over most fishes in the sea:)! they are just the cutest, and the first time i saw one i believed my friend who told me they were actually smiling *g*:)!!! *jumpsaround*... so one day i got really inspired by my shell collection and created this little fellow. maybe in some fantasy imaginary undersea world puffies do look like this:)?

he was soooo much fun to do... i worked with self-dry clay, shells and several varnish colours. he ended up being soooo cute and i am really proud of him:)!!! yeah, he's all happy there swimming around in the sea...:) there's another picture on this gallery that will show more details from several directions and also a pic to help you figure out his actual size.

Sweet...sweet...sweet...sweet...sweet...sw-- I think you got it! What a nice idea! btw: where you found the shells you use for the eyes? I only found one of this kind in Kenia once ago... if it is that kind of shell I think.
