SciFi and Fantasy Art: The last dance

it's a nymphe doing her last dance before dying (i have no idea if they really do that but that was just my idea behind it - don't know where i got it from, either*g*).

the picture was actually done on blue paper, and the nymphe was greeinsh with white dust and stars, but i ended up lliking this version better after playing around with it on the computer;-) *g*. i was actually listening to some specific music while drawing her but just can't remember what it was... aaah...

coloured pencils on blue sheet, changed colours with some computer program. (2005)

I like her eyelashes and her ears are pretty cool too, but her left arm is really long compared to the other one, plus they don't really have joints, unless it's supposed to be like that? o_0 Stephanie S. K. Marbach replies: "you're very right about the length - i haven't noticed that blush but the joints were my intention to do something kind of, hm, fishy like?! like one piece of flesh... thanks for the hint girl!!!"
