SciFi and Fantasy Art: Left behind

I named it "Left Behind" because it kind of looks like it's trying to catch up to someone or something (?) but also, especially because...

Taadaa! I did it with my left hand! That might not really make sense but anyway the point is that I'm generally right handed and this was very different. You can tell I used my left hand because it's so scratchy and zigzaggy. That makes it hard to see some of the detail. Also, the foremost leg is kind of short.

No reference was used. This is the best drawing I have ever done with my left hand! (And the only)

Oh poor horsie!! I feel sorry for it!
And it looks pretty real i think...

:-) J. Thomason replies: "Took me forever and still not very good but i did do it w/my left hand after all..."

I like the sketchiness of it. Is that by any chance because of the left handed nature of it? Its very nice.

:-) J. Thomason replies: "Most likely that's why. I kind of like it because of that, but its very hard to control your left hand...it just doesn't feel right. "

I'll say is very well done, and great job on doing it with your left hand because its really hard to do that way12

:-) J. Thomason replies: "Lol it was hard, and also completely random!"

Hi J. Thomason. My neices like horses so I showed them your site and this is the picture they like the most.

:c) Claire, Kaleigh, and Tessa said she likes all of them.

:-) J. Thomason replies: "haha thanks! 2 you could also show them my sister's pictures as they are better than mine... but I'm glad they liked them ^-^"

the unicorn is ssssssssssssssssooooooooooooooooooo awesome i wish i could draw like that.
Claire

:-) J. Thomason replies: "Just takes a little practice. I think it's more what you see in your mind than what talent your hand has. After all, I have never drawn with my left hand before, and the only way I could make it better was to know how to correct my mistakes, which means I need to know my subject."

i loved how you used pencil to make it look so original! I also liked it that the unicorn is running and not standing! Tessa

:-) J. Thomason replies: "OK, thank you! It was kind of hard to do (since I was, after all, using my left hand...). Thanks a bunch Tessa! 1"

LEFT...hand?!? Wow, I can’t even draw a circle with my left hand. When I try, it looks like a puddle of spilled milk.
