It could just be me, but it looks like the piece of lower leg that is showing is bending in the wrong direction...

He's probably thinking:
"hey when you look this good you don't need a back story!"

Not generally a fan of peopleised animals but this is a nice bold piece.

45 Jennifer Adcock replies: "Heh, heh, heh, I'm glad you find him attractive. I was hoping that would be the "vibe" he gave off."

Wow, cool! I like the details on his armor, and the determined expression on his face. Congrats on Mod's Choice!

45 Jennifer Adcock replies: "Thank You ^_^"

Very nice. I love the rich colors, and the wood texture on the shield is very realistic.

45 Jennifer Adcock replies: "I'm glad you like the wood texture. I wasnt sure how well that was going to turn out.The was actually one of my first experiment with markers and color pencil. I'm glad it appealed to everyone so well. ^_^"

If you up the word 'cliche' in the dictionary, guess what pops up?!? That annoying little gobshite that has nothing better to do but post cliche comments on artwork styles they are prejudiced against!

And to the artist: very lovely. Very eyecatching. Great detailing on the armor.

45 Jennifer Adcock replies: "Thank you very much. ^_^ But there is no need to bash on other peoples comments. ^_^ I try to take everything in a good way if you know what I mean. ^_^"

I saw that too...The leg seems to be bending the wrong way. But then i looked closer and realized that the lines that looked like the paw of his foot are really those weird tendony things ^_^ nice piece. It's not cliched at all! 2

45 Jennifer Adcock replies: "I can see what you mean. He is digitagrade though. So the bottom part that your seeing (I think thats what your looking at) is really his hock/ or ancle. I did have a hard time with his legs though. >_< Thank you for pointing that out. ^_^ "

well then I guess he'd like it if I hug him *hugs him*
Once again, great pic!

Oh, I see! The pic cuts off at the ankle, so we are viewing his calf and don't see his foot at all. That may not be the best place to cut in future pics; some viewers, like me, are easily confused...
Great pic, otherwise!

I'm sure most of us here can fill in a backstory, so no rush. He's a handsome cat.
