SciFi and Fantasy Art: Roses upon roses

This is Charlotte Marie, a character created by PuP and I, but developed by me when I was away at college in the month of July 2002. I'm experimenting with some comic book styles...Expect to see more of her. Ink with some pencil, then abused in photoshop.

10 Feb 2003	Darkie(aka Kirin-chan)	Loading... Hi there! I really like this drawing, you must have been practicing with realism, because it looks like you tried here. The color is a very cool thing, but a little bit of helpful criticism- I think her waist and hips may be a bit out of proportion. But I always get those wrong in my drawings, so I wouldn't worry about it too much! On a different note, I looked at your profile and though "Wow, a person from Bulgaria!" I realized how many different people from all over the world can reach each other...it just sort of amazing. I also see that you work hard! You draw so well, and you are straining to learn so many different languages, it really makes me feel determined. I realized that English is a hard language to learn, and you speak it so well! Anyways, I love your drawings, so colorful, and I especially like this one! Greetings from British Columbia, Canada. 15 Feb 2003		Loading... Ah very nice! i love the red and her outfit .. The anatomy is a little wrong though, her neck might be a bit too long, her belly button should probably be a bit lower(maybe a longer torso..?) and her hands need a bit of work. I think you're doing really well, this is very adventurous(the human body is so hard to draw!) i like the idea as well, roses upon roses lovely!

Hey, i love the outfit that she is wearing sort of gypseish and boho sort of skirt, luv the hair really pretty and femminine but it looks like she has got a secret or is not so innocent as she looks...
