My gosh, a galllery in the thousands..I thought it was amazing when we hit 100...

REgardles, study some light anatomy early on in your drawings, it will pay off in the long run. A GOOD book is Gray's Anatomy...gross story about how the book came to be...

:-) Amanda Kay Carpenter replies: "Thanx for the ideas I really appreciate it!!!"

Is your Mom named Kay and did she go to college in Stephenville TX?

amanda your art work is not right for your style, these drawings suck, you have alot of potential but your not using the right media. Try drawing earily 70's naked witchers dancing around a fire in the middle of a forest. And use indian ink and a stick to draw it with. Take my advice and try it! Trust it will look good

:-) Amanda Kay Carpenter replies: "I will definatly try this and post it the first chance I get!"

Hi,
I used to know a Kay Carpenter who taught school in Cleburne, Texas about 15 years ago. Do you know her? I'm not much of an art critic so my opinion would not be worth much... They seem pretty interesting to me however..

:-) Amanda Kay Carpenter replies: "Sorry that isn't her name she grew up in SA"

Hi guys i'm back, from a much needed sabbatical, anyway, I'm hoping to update this thing, and I have some new stuff to post as soon as I figure out my nifty yet evil scanner, Love, Peace, and Chicken Grease...

I noticed on your comments to gabe that you find castles difficult. I dropped a tip on them with his castle ruin drawing. They're not as hard as they seem. Nice work, too!
