SciFi and Fantasy Art: (3) Lamenting

We all have one of those days... where everything just seems to be falling apart... what people don't realise is that even though things are falling away from you, you will remain who you are unless you let yourself fall...

The second version of my winged kitten character. The first version is hanging around somewhere but it wont make it here. This is also a present for a friend. One of the few that I drew and framed in the same night. I don't know how long it took me to actually do this piece, but I assume that it was less than 3 hours *shrugs*. The original is much lighter than this and is not much to look at... but anyways, tell me what you think. :)
