The eye seems displaced to me, and the toothy mouth, thinking it's a toothy mouth, really seems out of place because it's rather an impossibility for a horse to smile unless you give it a face lift around the muzzle. And with the tilt of the head, shouldn't the blood be hanging straight down from the horn instead of angled heavily towards the head? Sorry, some of it just looked out of place to me.
