SciFi and Fantasy Art: Tea break

Weird picture of the characters from my webcomic. Where the heck did they get the cups and saucers? And what the heck is in that tea? Red seems to be enjoying it wayyyyy too much.

Oh! Nice pic! I like, special the cloths! I love that old style! ^^
Lovely cat.

*first comment breakdance* I bet I know what's in that tea: CATNIP! That's why she's disgusted, Red seems to love it, and Puss in Boots is used to it! lol But seriously this picture is great. I love the expressions and the coloring, plus the whole idea. Good job! ^_^

lol Love the expressions! Reminds me of the anime "Slayers". The characters in that anime randomly stop the action for tea (3rd season), which appears out of no where. Red reminds me of one of the characters from the webcomic "Bite Me"...Claire, I think. Would Red happen to be a vampire, too...? (I hope)

1 Andrea L. Peterson replies: "Heheh, yeah, she does seem to have a Claire/Zanya look about her... She's not really a vampire or anything, though, just... sort of messed up. ^^;;"

Awesome picture! One thing bothers me though? Whatever happened to poor ole Perrault. I mean he just seems to dissapear in your comic thing. Did red kill him? Maybe he got away when they weren't looking. I dunno just wondering since he's my favorite character in that story.

14 Andrea L. Peterson replies: "Don't worry, the bit where November stays overnight in Red's cottage is a flashback (I didn't exactly make it clear ^^;;12 Perrault will be back once the flashback is over; he isn't that easy to get rid of."

hm... I´m reading the comic now, and it´s so... (hard to find words.. ;P)amazing!
And Perrault is so "cool" (hard to find words... again... ;P ) I "love" him!

Your comic is the best! I just discovered it today and read the whole thing--alternating between laughing, freaking out, and admiring all your characters! Wonderful work!

Puss in Boots is by far my favourite character ever I think. I was hooked into your fabulous comic because of the way you protray him, which i think suits him very well. I love your comic and your unique style so much!

I have loved your webcomic so far! Please post more! Red is my fav. I just love that you’ve done your research on the old classic fairy tales that many people have never heard of, like The Girl With No Hands.

And as to this picture, I am kind of weirded out by how much Red is enjoying her tea. I wonder what’s in it to make November look so...grossed.
