SciFi and Fantasy Art: Dragon warrior

A little sketch I did that turned into a mini project with ink, colored pencil, pencil and Photoshop. It's a dragon warrior with an armor that's a mix of futuristic elements and old fashioned knight armor. I'm not completely happy the way the wings turned out but otherwise, I kinda like him. I still like the drawing better than the scan though.

9 Apr 2000	Marya Wynne Nash	Loading... I understand what you mean about the scan, I have had my own troubles with this. The wings are remarkable, might I ask what you used as a model?
10 Apr 2000	The artist	Loading... Hehe, the wings are just part of my falty memory of eagle and hawk wings. I used to draw them a lot and still do occasionally, but yep, it's nothing but literally, a faded memory of what actual wings look like.

12 May 2001	Staci Lewandowski	Loading... stares The detail and coloring on this are amazing. I really like the feet and wings like the two people above me, but I like the sword, too. Very straight. And I know from experience that that's a HARD perspective to draw. You did a great job on it, though.
