SciFi and Fantasy Art: 'What the Cards say . . .'

A picture of some cards; I thought of this during a game of Rummy (stop laughing) with my little brother. Certainly there had to be semi-mystical cards out there which had the potential to spell out the future somehow? Tenatively, the card on top is named 'Dragon Spirit'.

Well, thanks but nah, going to have to rewrite the description after I looked over Tarot. Better just to have these as playing cards. Solitaire anyone? 2
