SciFi and Fantasy Art: Eve-iL

This is my interperation of Eve. She just ate the fruit and has gained all the knowledge in the world... She is now plotting on how she can feed Adam the apple so they can both be enlightened. I think God foresaw this and made it so the apples only granted knowledge to Eve. Thus punishing her by making her so wise and have to deal with the inferior Adam forever. Maybe that is why women are smarter than men... (drawn after a fight with the husband... LOL)

Update:  Now I am divorced from that husband... And I am still cursed by being SO much more intelligent than him.  ;)

This is so gorgeous. First I thought it was snowwhite. I love the apple. Perfect

oh, she's definitely plotting something, all right.... looks like nothing good, either. you almost have to feel sorry for poor adam.... (almost! 4 )

Eep! I was going to draw a picture almost exactly like this, only it was intended to be Lilith holding the apple, whispering to the serpent, with Adam and Eve standing all naive in the background. She was going to be in that exact position, with the apple held next to her face. Ah, well, you drew the concept much better than I could have -- my attempts were all thoroughly crapolicious. Good work! ;-)

Well, I guess I am the only guy to comment on this piece.( either I am Braver, or Dumber than all other Men here). I like the concept of the piece, I think it could have been executed with more detail, and refinement. It seems a little cartoonish. Mabey you were going for a "painterly" effect, mabey not. Like I said, I like the concept. It just could have been a little more. (I am NOT trying to be mean, but am trying to provide a little constructive critisism!). I would like to see further work.

Bleh! Men are not dumber! But it is a gorgeous picture 2

:-) Amanda Grace Magdalena Racz replies: "I am soooo sorry if I offended any men. This is just my attempt at humor. I think it's pretty amusing and I trully am sorry if anyone was insulted."

It reminds me of Snow White: her skin as pale as snow, her hair as black as night, and the poison apple..I like this!

Definitively echoes of Angelica Houston, or maybe Cher, in there. Probably both. Deceptively simple. Yet complex. Could that be a hint ? (puzzled dumfoundment).

Anyway. Never mind the little misunderstandings. There's a natural order to things. You gals take the high road of intuition and knowledge, and us guys will just keep on pulling the wagon. It's ok, we're happy. ^~^ Or, er, something like that, I guess, er... what ?

The picture is very good. I like the shape of the apple. I know that sounds strange. Her eyes are very beautiful. The hair is pretty too. and i have to agree with your discription.
