SciFi and Fantasy Art: Sad Elf Colored

I dont know why I havent submitted this yet, the last time I touched it was probably a year ago. The original pencils where done along time ago, 2003 I think. But it took forever to color, and I had to start over once due to the file getting currupt. And the picture just sat on my harddrive because I was never satisfied that it was finished. I'm still not sure, but I doubt I'm going to do anything else with it. The background is suppose to be trees/foresty. She was created to be an roleplaying character, but I never did find a new one to join with her, after the one I was in fell apart. She's some kind of elven magic user/healer type.
