I looove her outfit, but man does she have a tiny waist.

Very nice image. I love the simple colour and the expression on her face. You're very good at expressions, especially shock and worry, I think.

If I may add a couple of concrit points, though, I'd say she looks a little detached from the web, almost as though the web is the background, or as if she's backing in to it.
Also, you might like to make the web a bit bigger, or put her a little more off centre to give the illusion of size.
As well as that, you might make the web a little less tidy, as though she's been squiggling around, trying to escape, which I assume she's done. That would also lead to her having stick threads on her arms & legs, and messed up hair.

Still, though, I'd say this was one of your best.

Okay, she looks gothic. Maybe sh eshould have a fearless look on her face instead of a scared expression. Just a suggestion! I love the way you done the web and the red and black outfit rocks!
