However there's one thing I wish to point out... since the anime style requires very clean and sharp lines with simplicity, you need to have full understanding of the object you are trying to draw 'cuz every single line is critical. In this case, I suggest you to have a look at some costume / fashion design sketches in order to study how the lines flow on the fabrics and in what way you can make the composition more dynamic with those lines.
