Nothing personal, I just haven't been too much into anime lately ^^; , so you should try to render the nose out of the typical anime nose as well. If you try to draw a nose like that out of the usual anims tyle, it'll end up looking like a snout. Noses give a touch of personality to the character, so I deifnitely recommend working on it. Otherwise I think it's coming along nicely. The horns and the mark on her cheek are a definite plus! Amy M. Bivens replies: "OMG I wrote a lot up there! LoL. Thanks babe. There's also a story about the mark on her cheek... I'll make it short! I promise! Whenever Blaise dies, up until the 9th time, she comes closer to chaos. Her body also goes through some changes. Previously, it was flecks in the eyes.... then streaks in the hair... Blaise happened to be caught in the radius of a spell that would suck the life from any within... Thus resulting in her death, and the mark on her cheek. Each change has colored her crimson. =^.^= This was... before she reached "Goddess-hood" though." | |
| 15 Nov 2001 | Julian Li | Okay I 'm totally lost... Blaise has become a succubus!? A little tips on drawing evil characters - use lots of angular shapes and lines. Next time when you draw a full-figure of Blaise, try applying those on her horns and wings. *walks away, dunno what else to say..* Amy M. Bivens replies: "LoL... I guess I'll give you a background story on what's been happening in the life of Blaise Feriah. One beautiful day, Blaise and Crevon (One of the last children in the litter that Blaise gave birth to. Yes, Moc is his Father... And he's following in his footsteps as a druid! ) were having a peaceful conversation. Then, the door slams open and Scorn Darktide makes an appearance (Mean guy). He takes Crevon, cuts him up, and tells Blaise that if she ever wants to see him again... She'll do whatever he wants for three nights of his choosing. Blaise agrees, though Crevon is taken away until the bargain is fulfilled. Well... The outcome of the bargain is named Dezlynxiari. A new daughter. Scorn returns Crevon to her, though he was little more than a vegetable, and orders Blaise to protect her with her life, until the child comes of age when Scorn will take her. Months later, Blaise and Dez are in a tavern... when Anton Cinderbane strikes at the two. Scorn makes another appearance, and draws his spiked wings in to impale the Cinderbane.... but who should he grab for a shield - Blaise. So, she's pretty banged up and in critical condition. Scorn then takes her away to the Abyss (Dez had run off home when Blaise told her to upon Anton's initial attack). There, he heals her, but when she wakes she is in a dungeon. He gives her another choice. To choose the path of light, and never see her daughter again... perhaps even have her other children taken from her... Or join the darkness. Blaise, being the motherly person she is, did what was best for her children. She joined the darkness. Scorn then proclaimed her his bride and she has been that way ever since. He had given her a few new powers, as well as the ability to take on another form... the one shown above. A demoness. Yet the name comes from what happens... years later. Over the past few years, Scorn had been manipulating Blaise... making her think he loved her, making her think this... that... do this... that - give him a new son, etc. And as time passed, Blaise began to have a suspicion about the manipulations. Finally, one day after getting her ass kicked by a Khan, she snaps. She took advantage of knowing when Scorn was at his weakest - and struck. She killed him when he could not revert to his demon form... She captured his soul, and drained of it every last bit of energy, of power that he had. Blaise became ruler of the plane in the Abyss that Scorn had once ruled, and as he was once a God... she had become a Goddess. Never to leave the Abyss again, only able to send an avatar onto the prime. Scorn had once been known as the Lord of Destruction... but, Blaise had also taken that title. She brought him back to life as well... But his power is nothing compared to her's... and he reverts to a human when inside the Abyss to prevent any ideas he may have had in taking over again. Thusly... his life is one of those on the Harp picture shown previously. As well as those of their children, Dezlynxiari (whom hates Blaise) and Gargauphus. The fourth string, is Djarim MaskimXul's, Dezlynxiari's bodyguard." | |
