| 1 Jan 2007 | Barbara J. Wickham | This is absolutely wonderful! It literally took my breath away when I first saw it.
I like the solid colors in the background and it adds a touch of whimsy that goes very well with the theme of the piece.
I also love the way the butterflies appear to be cutout from the very air itself and are themselves representations of that element.
The figure is beautifully rendered and her delicate dancer's pose really gives her the appearance of dancing on air.
| 30 Jun 2007 | Michael R. Nason | Oh no, not another one...there it goes...thanx, now I can't see...again. Well, my own fault for looking I guess.
Maybe I'll get used to it, the glow I mean, the radiant light of perfection, the....ok, I'm taking this to far, but it is kinda true what Barbara J. Wickham said about this picture: "This is absolutely wonderful! It literally took my breath away when I first saw it".
I can't imagine any honest artist (professional or not) saying that this was anything less than inspired work.
congratulations, you deserve it.
