Damn, three comments in one day. I really liked this one out of your whole collection, the way you drew the body is really good. And also, the background and butterflies ofcourse are sweet.

Pretty girl, and the great idea for the background, it really gives great light and airy feeling to the pic.

1 Amrita Ramesh replies: "Yay!Modern-arty backgrounds! It was a new idea....and the white butterflies, too.Seee, that's what happens when you put TWO good ideas together...you get *points to pic* that. Now I need to figure out whether that's a good thing..."

*First comment dance* Wow ! Gorgeous. I love the background with all these beautiful butterflies. Nice face and great composion, too. In my opinion, your masterpiece until now. Keep up the great work.

43 Amrita Ramesh replies: "*blush*I'm flattered,Anne!I think this is the best thing I have up here, but that I have done better...maybe I'll upload sometime....when I'm bored enough!"

This is absolutely wonderful! It literally took my breath away when I first saw it.

I like the solid colors in the background and it adds a touch of whimsy that goes very well with the theme of the piece.

I also love the way the butterflies appear to be cutout from the very air itself and are themselves representations of that element.

The figure is beautifully rendered and her delicate dancer's pose really gives her the appearance of dancing on air.

Oh no, not another one...there it goes...thanx, now I can't see...again. Well, my own fault for looking I guess.

Maybe I'll get used to it, the glow I mean, the radiant light of perfection, the....ok, I'm taking this to far, but it is kinda true what Barbara J. Wickham said about this picture: "This is absolutely wonderful! It literally took my breath away when I first saw it".

I can't imagine any honest artist (professional or not) saying that this was anything less than inspired work.

congratulations, you deserve it.
