SciFi and Fantasy Art: Lion-headed-dragon

This is my firs attempt of a serious painting. Is based on an idea I had long ago. I imagined a Drangon with lion-head coming out of a door on the floor (don´t know if there is a word for it). It became a little bigger than I expected so the detail of the hole in the floor is almost missing. As the painting is too big for my scanner, I took a photograph, and then scanned it, so the detalis are missing, but it was the fastest way to do it. I owe you all the try of scanning it in a specialized house. (Now I´ve made him a little brighter so It can be viewed better)
