And what was really funny for me - the scenes you chose are those I'm also trying to get on paper - but I hardly manage to get them as I imagine... (I just decided to upload one of my sketches of Luthien but I'm not sure if that was the right decision... ;-> I especially like your first version of Luthien and your Varda... but the picture "almost human" is also really great!!!

I love the way you use colors, but your second painting of Luthien facinates me, because of the dress she's wearing, and I can't quite figure out the sleeves and neckline would work. I love making dresses, and dancing, and it looks like the kind of dress an elf would wear when dancing. Also, it's strange how most artists are troubled in one way or another. Maybe only troubled minds turn to art, although anyone can learn the techniques. Anyway, may the Valar be with you!
