| 31 Jul 2003 | Miss Sadie | Take a look here:http://elfwood.lysator.liu.se/loth/s/e/serenablack/serenablack.html You'll get an idea about how a horse's skeleton looks like... Andrea 'Silver1' Bodel replies: "Thanks Miss Sadie! I really appreciate the example, its kind of in an unusual possition so I can't get a good look. But the close up on the knees was very helpful. Did you make it, or does it belong to a friend? If you did, congrats for a great pic!" | |

| 30 Aug 2004 | Matt Lucas | HI Andrea ... First of all THANK YOU for visiting my gallery and commenting on my work. I am very glad you liked my Wizard's Staff.
I really like your gallery and can appreciate the progression of your skills. You obviously LOVE to draw and have a very clever imagination... With those two traits you WILL go far!!!... And... be sure to hold onto your humility... unlike "Anonymous" who obviously has refined creative skills but could use a lesson or two in humility.
Keep drawing... observe light and shadow as well as geometric shapes in everything around you... a horse is no different from a coffee-table when it comes to the physics of light and shadow... and who cares how many bones are in a horses knee... except maybe the horse! Good Luck! | |
