Your picture is so nice and it is the best picture of a unicorn I ever seen. I think you should a artist when you grow up.

I like it!
The foals legs and chest do look a little off, though. Maybe you should have it's legs crossing as though it a walking forwards?

Um, well, you and a bout a million other people need to learn your unicorn terms for one

Female=DOE
Male=STAG
Offspring=FAWN

that said, the foals chest is too wide, along with the neck, and its body shape over all needs work

Ah, I see we have some differing opinions going on here about unicorns, lol! (I don't think I've heard of unicorns referred to as deer, but then that may be in refrence to the more goat/deer-like forms.) At any rate, this is a lovely sketch. Do keep in mind, though, that foals (or even fawns, for that matter) in reality have a different frame and build than adults. Their shoulders and hips are much narrower in elation to the length of their body. By making that adjustment, it would narrow the foal's neck and shoulders, and draw his forelegs closer together. Give it a try, if you haven't already. I'd love to see the end result! It looks like it will be rich in atmosphere and color!

I love the way you put the mare and her foal here. I can draw unicorns real well(even though I never took art) and I am still trying to figure out how to draw a unicorn like that. Can you give me some tips? Oh and also, I love the way you put the background there. I just love this picture...^,*,^ keep up the really good work.

Well, lanky hit it right about the terms, but then proceded to get it wrong himself by referring to the FAWN as a foal. Well done that guy!
