SciFi and Fantasy Art: Gom

Possible main page image for my up-and-coming online gallery (yay! I finally get it back!!!)

Started out as a dinner plate that I traced, with no real intent on what the finished piece was supposed to be. Slowly, the circle evolved into a dragon, one you may recognize if you've been through my gallery. You can't see it as well here, but Gom is a hammer-headed dragon (Nidha from Legend of Everiss). Please check out my gallery to see the original concept piece for him.

Oh, uh....mechanical pencil and blender, approx. 4 hours (beware the scales!)

When you take time to create something, the result will most likely turn out beautiful and it has! I could just hug him! Would you like a glass of water after all those scales? You must be tired!
