SciFi and Fantasy Art: Nemh

This is Nemh again, only colored.  He's technically a kelp dragon, but I really love how it turned out with the deep blue colors, so you'll just have to deal with that little technicality.

Sketched with mechanical pencil, colored in Photoshop.  Was going for a pretty loose coloring style here.
