SciFi and Fantasy Art: ED: Hemos

Well, after many long hours, Hemos is finally finished! It was hard work to color this guy, and I'm still not sure if it was worth the effort...:) This is the second of my Elemental Dragons series; Hemos the Sanguine Dragon (Blood). I realize that 'blood' isn't exactly an element, but I figure the life fluid is important for life as are the elements, so I couldn't just let it slip by.

25 Jul 2003	Majik	Loading... Blood may not be an element but the four elements were associated with blood, phlegm and two colours of bile, at least in Shakespeare's time. Fire was, of course, associated with blood.
