SciFi and Fantasy Art: Origami Gryphon

Yeah.. I sketched and inked this all at work.. Actually I was surprised I inked it as quickly as I did, since I didn't even draw in the wings all the way, It was mostly just wispy strokes... and I put the pen to it before 'finalizing' with pencil. So whoo
I'm VERY happy with the wings. Darn coolest wings I've ever drawn.
Playing around with monochromatic backgrounds again

The shading’s great, and the wings rock. I like how the gryphon’s head is a bit raptor-like, it’s different - in a good way.
