SciFi and Fantasy Art: Starry Lady

I keep saying that I would leave PC Paintbrush alone, but I used it here for coloring the background and strengthening some lines. Anyway, striped stockings are COOL! November 21, 2003 (Colored pencils, India ink/crowquill pen and PC paintbrush)
